Week 10

This program benefits me both as an employee and student, because I can go to work and learn something and in some ways realte it to school work. Besides the fact we can work for school credit is awesome because we can now go to school, go out to the work life and still get credit make money and not fall behid with my school work or classes.

Week 9

My position at Papa Johns or at Cicis are pretty much the same. We satisfy our consumers needs. I fell like I am a great person to work the register or talk to the customers because I know how to give them what they want and even at a better value or deal. But in reality I plan to do my own thing when I get out of high school, I don't plan to saty working for pizza places, I plan to go on work under the law enforcement side.

Week 8

When I am at work my attitude and behavior pretty much stays the same. Although at work I am a little easy then I am to my son at home. Well at work I enjoy kidding and messing around with the others but when it's time to get busy and do my job I most certainly do so. I am a friendly person so my attitude and behavior doesn't change as much then when I am at home or at school, because my job is like a 2nd home for me.

Week 7

An unusual experience at my job this week was when a couple walked in to Papa Johns and had told me they had never tried Papa Johns. MY mouth dropped, but I helped them and gave the the best pizza deal we had and promised they would love it. A few hours later the man called and ask if I had been the girl at the register and I answered yes, and then at that moment he thanked me and appreciated the deal and enthusiasm I gave them. They fell in love with Papa Johns, and loved the suggestion of crust I told them.

Week 6

I approach school and work the same way, Happy. I go to school happy because I know I'm doing the right thing and getting my education on. I go to work happy because then I know I'm doing the right thing by going to work to earn that money in order to meet my child's needs.

Week 5

The changes I've noticed have been that I have became more hard working. Right now I am working 2 jobs and they are both pizza places. I guess another thing different is that now I have experienced with pizzas and I know I am an outstanding worker, and I am great at doing pizzas and dealing with customers and giving them deals that will make them come back.

Week 3

The best day had to have been the day that my boss and manager came up to me and gave a a 50 dollar gift card to Apple bees because they had said I had been doing and outstanding job, and I was had showed most improvement than any other employee they had. I felt great knowing that I had been doing a great job.

Week 2

After all this time working at my job I have felt differently about how to spend money, not only because of my son but also because of my bills. It's hard just working for bills and baby needs. I feel like even when I have spear money I know how to spend it and manage it, because it's a lot of work in order to get what I earn.

Week 1

My feelings on my first day at work. I felt shy and like it would take a long time for me to learn and meet the expectations. I really liked the first day because it was easy for me, all I did was answer phones and fold boxes. I didn't expect that, I expected to get to do pizzas that same day, but it took time.
